Looking for a new was to blast those traps.
Instead of using dummbells, give shrugs a go using a barbell or the smith machine.
You’ll really notice the difference.
Barbell is the best option for it, but my workout is based at home and the only option I got are the dumbbells and they not bad either. For as long as it gives me that flame up my neck is good 🙂
